Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with our products, however, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of returning the product. If you wish to return products to us, you must contact us in advance at (01) 2011850 before making your return. For your safety, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery service when returning products to us. This service should require a signature upon delivery. Once we receive the products in their original condition and packaging, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If a non-faulty product returned to us is not in a condition suitable for resale, we may not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, we’ll deduct an amount to reflect the product’s condition and refund any remaining balance to you.
