Shopping with Us

By placing an order with The Deckchair Company, you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within your order, which we may or may not accept at our sole discretion. Once your order has been accepted, we will then send you an order confirmation email.

Custom-Made Products
Certain items we offer are custom-made. While these are eligible for return in case of defects, please note that returns for change of mind may not be accepted for custom-made products.

The Deckchair Company will only be liable for loss up to a maximum of the total price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with our products, however, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of returning the product. If you wish to return products to us, you must contact us in advance at (01) 2011850 before making your return. For your safety, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery service when returning products to us. This service should require a signature upon delivery. Once we receive the products in their original condition and packaging, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If a non-faulty product returned to us is not in a condition suitable for resale, we may not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, we’ll deduct an amount to reflect the product’s condition and refund any remaining balance to you.

While we endeavour to maintain accurate information on our website, we may occasionally make errors. We’re committed to rectifying any mistakes promptly. However, any issues will be rectified as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
